Department celebrates the first MechE Day

The Department of Mechanical Engineering celebrated its first MechE Day to acknowledge the hard work of students from newly-declared MechE majors through Ph.D. candidates as well as faculty, researchers, and staff.

Held on April 26, 2019, the student-run event included demos from Autodesk, laboratories, and student organizations. MechE-themed games, free t-shirts, prizes, and a picnic buffet rounded out the afternoon.
